The Party Starter
Build content that actually leads to clients — without the constant second-guessing, overthinking, or feeling like you’re shouting into the void.
You’re putting time into your marketing. You’re showing up, posting, trying to stay consistent.
But it’s not leading anywhere.
It feels like you’ve sent the invites, put the playlist on, laid out the snacks and opened the doors…
Only for a trickle of people to come in.
People might engage, maybe even say your content is “helpful”… but they’re not enquiring or becoming clients.
And you’re left wondering what you’re missing.
Maybe you’re feeling like:
You’re fed up of putting effort into content that never quite translates into actual enquiries.
You’re tired of sitting down to write something and overthinking every word, only to still feel unsure when you hit post or send.
You’re frustrated that your work is good, but your content is not reflecting that in a way that brings in the right people.
You’re stuck in a cycle of trying to keep the party going with your content, but it still feels like everyone is hovering around the edges instead of getting involved.
You know people are watching and paying attention somewhere in the background.
You just don’t know how to move them from thinking “this is helpful” to feeling ready to take the next step.
And if you’re honest, it’s starting to burn you out.
Because you want your marketing to feel manageable.
You don’t want it to feel like you’re single-handedly trying to DJ, host, serve drinks, start every conversation and drag people onto the dance floor.
You want it to feel easier.
You want your content to do it’s job and get the party started.
You want people to understand what you do quickly, without you having to explain it over and over again.
You want your posts and emails to lead somewhere — to conversations, enquiries, and clients.
You want a way of showing up that feels manageable, so your marketing isn’t constantly hanging over you.
The answer isn’t more content.
You need a clearer message, more direction and a marketing plan that helps the right people understand your work and take the next step.
You need content that actually leads to clients and brings money into your business — without taking over your time, your energy, or your headspace.
Because when people understand what you do and why it matters to them, marketing becomes much easier.
That’s exactly what we do inside The Party Starter.
You want your content to lead somewhere.
You want people to read, watch, or open what you share and get it straight away — what you do, who it’s for, and why it matters to them.
You want it to turn into conversations, enquiries, and clients.
But you also want it to feel manageable.
You don’t want to spend hours overthinking every post.
You don’t want your marketing taking up all your time or sitting in the back of your mind all day.
You want something that works… without it costing you your energy.
What’s been missing
Right now, your content isn’t clearly leading people towards working with you.
So even when people are reading, watching, or engaging… they’re not taking the next step.
That’s what makes it feel like you’re putting in effort without seeing the return.
It’s a bit like people have walked into the room, but nobody knows where to go next. They like the vibe; they might stick around for a while…
But there’s no clear path from “I like this” to “I want to work with you.”
And that is why marketing ends up taking more time, more energy and more headspace than it should.
The problem isn’t that you’re bad at content. It’s that you’re too close to your own business to see what’s working, what’s not and where the biggest opportunities are.
This is where I come in
Hello, I’m Sarah — an anti-burnout content coach for service providers who are tired of marketing feeling harder than it should.
I’ve been working in the industry for over seven years now, and I’m proud to be a Chartered Marketer — but more importantly, I spend my days in this with my clients.
Looking at their content, their emails, their offers.
Supporting them strategically, but also creating the content itself day in, day out.
So I’m not just advising from the outside — I’m in it.
Seeing what’s working, what’s not, and where things are getting stuck in real time.
And I see this all the time: service providers who are brilliant at what they do… but their content isn’t quite showing that in a way that brings in the right people.
And I’ve been there myself too. I built my business in a way that looked like it was working on the outside… but behind the scenes, it wasn’t sustainable.
There was too much pressure to keep showing up. And too much time spent on marketing that didn’t feel like it was leading anywhere.
Until I hit burnout in 2024 and I had to completely rethink how I was working.
That’s where everything changed. Not just what I do — but how I do it.
Now, everything I teach and support my clients with is built around a more sustainable way of marketing.
Content that actually leads to clients.
Email marketing that builds real relationships.
And a simple structure behind it all, so you’re not constantly starting from scratch or trying to keep up.
Because your marketing should support your business… not take over your time, your energy, or your headspace.
Introducing The Party Starter
The Party Starter is a personalised content experience designed to help you uncover what’s holding your marketing back and get you back on track to creating content that actually leads to clients — without it taking over your time or draining your energy.
It’s time to turn your content into the party starter that gets your audience through the door, helps them feel like they’re in the right place, and makes the next step feel clear.
This isn’t about giving you more to do.
And it’s not about handing you a complicated strategy you won’t realistically follow.
It’s about helping you make sense of what you’re already trying to say… and turning it into content that connects, builds trust, and leads people towards working with you.
Before we meet, I’ll review your questionnaire and carry out a personalised content and marketing audit so I can see what’s working, what’s not and where the biggest opportunities are.
That means we can spend our session focused on the things that will make the biggest difference, rather than using our time together figuring out where to start.
We focus on what will actually move things forward in your business:
Your messaging.
Your content.
Your email marketing.
And how it all fits together so your marketing finally starts pulling its weight.
Because when that piece is in place:
- Your content becomes easier to create.
- Your audience understands your work much faster.
- And your marketing starts leading to real conversations and clients — instead of just a never-ending task on your to-do list.
This is for you if…
You’re a service provider who feels overwhelmed by marketing.
You’re creating content but not seeing the results you’d hoped for.
You’re tired of second-guessing what to post, write or send.
You know your work is good, but you’re struggling to communicate it clearly.
You’re ready to stop relying on guesswork and start marketing with more confidence.
You want a practical plan that feels realistic to implement.
You want your content to help people move from watching on the sidelines to actually starting a conversation with you.
And this is not for you if…
You’re looking for overnight growth or guaranteed results.
You want a magic formula that removes the need for implementation.
You’re only interested in chasing algorithms, trends or quick wins.
You’re unwilling to make changes to your current approach.
Instead…
We focus on clear, intentional content that helps you build real relationships with your audience.
So your marketing feels more grounded, more manageable… and actually supports your business.
How it works
Step 1: Complete Your Questionnaire
Before our session, you’ll complete a questionnaire to tell me about your business, your goals and where you’re currently feeling stuck with your marketing.
Step 2: The Soundcheck
I’ll review your content, messaging and marketing before we meet.
I’ll identify what’s working, what’s not and where I see the biggest opportunities to improve your content and attract more of the right people.
Step 3: The Party Starter
We’ll spend 60 minutes together reviewing the audit findings, discussing your goals and creating a practical plan for moving forward.
This isn’t about overwhelming you with more things to do.
It’s about helping you identify the changes that will make the biggest difference.
Step 4: Your Action Plan
You’ll leave with clear recommendations and next steps tailored to your business.
You’ll know what to focus on, what to stop doing and where your energy is best spent over the coming months.
Step 5: Follow-Up Support
For one week after our session, you’ll have access to me via email and/or Voxer.
That means you can ask questions, sense-check ideas and get support as you begin implementing your plan. Because sometimes the best ideas come once you’ve had time to process, and I don’t want you to feel like you’re left alone the moment the session ends.

What my clients say…
The Power Hour with Sarah was so much more than I expected. I knew I needed to be marketing my small business digitally and was half heartedly posting on social media without any real strategy.
Sarah provided practical advice tailored to my individual experience and offered reassurance and a common sense approach to ensure that going forward, her suggestions were achievable, realistic and meaningful in terms of marketing.
I received a detailed follow up email with all that we had discussed and next steps which showed that she really understood where I was coming from and what I wanted to achieve.
It was well worth the investment and I whole heartedly recommend seeking Sarah’s advice.
My marketing meeting with Sarah was so informative and helpful.
She prepared a document outlining what I need to do to boost my business, as well as answering all my questions.
I loved her warm, friendly approach — her advice has formed a key part of my business strategy going forward.
Sarah sent me a document filled with easy-to-follow steps.
She spotted issues I didn’t even know existed and explained everything clearly.
I’d definitely recommend her services if you want an in-depth review of your marketing.

Prefer to ask a question first? Drop me an email — I’ll happily help you decide if it’s right for you.
What would I need to have ready to make the most of this session?
Just bring whatever you’re already working with — your offers, your ideas, your questions, and any content that feels a bit “stuck.” You don’t need anything polished or perfect; as long as you can give me a sense of what’s not quite working, I can help you get clarity fast.
Is this right for me if I'm new in business?
Yes. Whether you’re relatively new or more established, the session is tailored to where you’re currently at and what will make the biggest difference for your business.
Is this only for Instagram?
No. We’ll look at your wider marketing, including your messaging, content, offers and email marketing where relevant.
What if I'm not sure what's wrong with my marketing?
That’s exactly why most people book. You’re often too close to your own business to spot what’s missing. The audit helps uncover what’s holding your marketing back so we can focus on the right things.
Will you tell me exactly what to post?
You’ll leave with clear recommendations, content direction and priorities.
The goal is to help you understand what will work best for your business and why.
What if I don't have an email list yet?
That’s completely fine. We can discuss whether email marketing should be a priority for your business and what your next steps might look like.
